Ingredients
- 2 c. corn kernels (about 4 ears of corn)
- 2 c. milk, heated
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 1 1/2-qt. casserole.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole and place the casserole in a pan. Add enough hot water to come halfway up sides of the dish. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until firm.
