- Directions:
- 1/2 mango, peeled, pitted and cubed
- 1 6 oz carton plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3 T. fresh lime juice
- 1/2-1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced
- 1 t. fresh ginger, finely minced
- ●Place mango in food processor; mix.
- ●Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture is smooth.
