Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • Cool Whip, optional
  • ●Cream oleo and sugar together; add eggs, vanilla, flour and nuts and mix thoroughly.
  • ●Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
  • ●Bake at 350 F. for 35-45 minutes.
