Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 onion diced
• 1 cup vodka
• 1 pt heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

saute onions in butter over mediumheat until slightly brown and soft. Pour vodka in and cook for 10 minutes. Add sauce and heavy cream and cook 30 minutes.
