Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut up into nice size pieces. Boil potatoes until fork goes in easy. Drain. Mash potatoes with a hand masher and then add margarine, salt and pepper and 1 egg. Keep mashing and then add some milk. Then use an electgric mixer (Kitchen ait) and keep mixing and adding milk until they are the consistency that you like.
