Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can pineapple chunks; undrained
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple; undrained
- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups (8 oz) cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1 1/2 cups ritz crackers; crushed (35)
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a greased 7x11 baking dish. Combine crackers and melted butter; stirring well. Sprinkle over top evenly. Bake for 40 minutes.
