Ingredients
- 12 large potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1/2 stick butter, melted

Step 1
Peel and cook potatoes and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and onion powder and mix with mixer. Stir in chives. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate up to 3 days (or freeze). To bake, pour melted butter over potatoes and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes (longer if frozen). Check the middle of the potatoes to make sure they are hot all the way through.
