Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese; softened
  • 1 Tbsp + green bell pepper; chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp + pimento; chopped fine
  • purple onion to taste; chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans; to roll ball in

Step 1

Mix cheeses well with hands; work other ingredients in except nuts. Let chill in refrigerator. Then roll into a ball and pack tight. Roll in nuts and return to refrigerator.
