Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 1 Tbsp + green bell pepper; chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp + pimento; chopped fine
- purple onion to taste; chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- dash of salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans; to roll ball in

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cheeses well with hands; work other ingredients in except nuts. Let chill in refrigerator. Then roll into a ball and pack tight. Roll in nuts and return to refrigerator.
