Ingredients
- 6 oz drained canned tuna, flaked
- 12 saltines, made into crumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tbspn minced onion
- 1 tspn chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tspn worcestershire
- dash pepper
- 1 tspn margarine or cooking spray

Step 1
In a med. bowl combine all ingredients except margarine and shape into patties. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine or cooking spray until hot;add pattys and cook over med. heat, turning once until browned on both sides.
