Night Before Coffee Cake

An old recipe from when we lived on the farm near Okabena.

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2/3 c. butter, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 2 c. flour
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1 t. baking powder
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1 c. butter milk
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 1/4 t. nutmeg

Step 1

Mix all together, pour in 9 x 13 greased pan

Mix the topping ingredients--sprinkle on top of cake

Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 45"
