Ingredients

  • 1 1 ounce packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 2 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 6 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a bowl, blend the seasoning mix together with the cream cheese until smooth and set aside. 2. In another bowl, mix the artichokes, peppers, and parsley together until well mixed. 3. In a 3-cup bowl lined with Glad® Cling Wrap, alternate layers of cheese and vegetable mixtures, beginning and ending with a layer of cheese. 4. Chill covered for at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Invert the torta onto a serving plate and serve with crackers or garlic bread.
