  • 5 pkgs chipped corned beef, chopped (use the food processor)
  • 1 15oz can sauerkraut, drained, squeezed dry and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 oz grated cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 6 oz grated swiss cheese

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in oven proof dish. Heat at 350 until hot and bubbly. Serve with cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread.
