Ingredients
- 2 cans Hormel Chili with Beans
- Large can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 c chopped onion
- white or yellow corn tortillas
- shredded cheddar cheese (Mexican blend)
- sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan combine chili and enchilada sauce and warm. In saute pan cook beef with onion. Drain well. Fry tortillas in oil until blisters start to form. Spread some sauce on bottom of casserole dish to coat. Spoon a small amount of beef and cheese in tortilla, roll up and place in casserole dish. When pan is full, pour sauce over and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serve with sour cream.
