Ingredients
-  1⁄2 cup raw walnuts
- 3 tablespoons white raisins
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 1/8 teaspoon unrefined sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put the first 3 ingredients in a mini food processor and process into crumbs.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and process again until the mixture is crumbly and moist.
3. Sprinkle a few tablespoons on your salad. Save the rest in a covered container and store
in the freezer.
