Ingredients
- 4 oz of dry mustard
- 1 cup of vinegar
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry mustard and vinegar together (let set 6 hrs).
Add to above - sugar, eggs, salt. Put into double-boiler. Boil the water in the bottom pan first then place on other part of boiler. Make sure the water in the bottom does not hit the top of the pan. The idea is to steam the ingredients. Cook for 15 minutes whisking continuously.
Let cool and place in refrigerator.
