Ingredients

  • 250 g Granita biscuits crushed
  • 1 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 1/4 cup milk chocolate melts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together biscuits, cranberries and coconut.
STEP 2 In a saucepan, melt together butter and condensed milk. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.
STEP 3 Press mixture into a baking paper lined slice pan, then refrigerate.
STEP 4 Once mixture has set, melt chocolate and cover slice.
STEP 5 Refrigerate to set.
Notes
Dried cranberries can be substituted with dried apricots. You can use dark chocolate melts if desired.
