Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbs. cold water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 1 small onion, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Soften gelatin in cold water. Warm the soup to simmering, add the softened gelatin and the cream cheese, and stir over medium heat until dissolved, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a 4-c. mold and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
