  • 1 cup cooked wheat berries

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
