Asian Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup sesame seed
- 1/3 cup plain dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 4 tsp vegetable oil, divided

Step 1
Combine sesame seeds, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in shallow bowl. Beat egg and teriyaki sauce in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then in sesame mixture to coat.
Heat 2 tsp oil in large non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, cook 7 to 8 minutes. Turn chicken over; add remaining oil. Cook 7 to 8 minutes longer or until internal juices of chicken run clear. Or if you use a thermometer it should read 180.
Serve with steamed oriental vegetables.
