Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. red beans
- 1 pkg ham hocks
- 4 med. onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can tom. sauce
- peper to taste
- pinch or cinnamon
- cloves
- allspice
- nutmeg
- 1 tsp cumin seed

Step 1
Soak beans all night with pinch of baking soda. Cook beans with ham hocks for 25 min, in pressure cooker.
Brown onion and bell pepper then add the meat from ham hocks. Add all spices and tomato souce. Add little waterto make it more juicy- 1/2 tomatoe souce or more depending on how you like it. Let simmer for few minutes-then add it all to beans and simmer for 1/2 hr. longer
