- 1 pint heavy cream
- hole head of garlic
- salt and pepper
- parmegiano reggiano cheese
- parsely
- 1 lb fetteccini

Step 1
Put heavy cream in pot over medium heat and let reduce by 1/2 so it gets thick. Roast whole head of garlic-drizzil it with evoo abd salt and wrap with foil. Roast about 40-45 minutes. Let cool and squish out ontol work surface and paste with side of kitchen knife. Whisk into heavy cream, add salt and pepper. Poor onto fetteccini, tooss with cheese and parsley
