Tex-Mex Salad Dressing

• 8 oz sour cream
• 3 tbs mayonnaise
• 2 tsp lime juice
• 1/4 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 c chunky salsa

Step 1

In a blender or immersion blender container, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salsa, and cilantro. Process until smooth and well blended. Add salt, to taste.
