Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 t salt
- 1 can tuna drained or salmon
- 2 cups cooked noodles, your favorite
- 1 c grated cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs or croutons
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium fry pan, melt butter, then add flour, salt and milk. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Stir in fish and noodles and pour into a 9x13 pan. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
