Ingredients
- “HEALTHIFIED” MEATLOAF
- 1 1/2 pounds grass fed ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup no sugar marinara
- 1 tsp Italian-style seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 cups shredded fontina or mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, Italian sausage, eggs, mushrooms, Parmesan and marinara. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic, and cheese. Press into a 9×5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil. Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Serve with Pesto Rolls made out of my Cinnamon Roll recipe. Makes 6 servings.
