Ingredients
- 14 cups of water
- 12 tsp. soup base
- 8-10 Chicken legs
- 3-4 sticks of celery (Chopped)
- 2 large carrots (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (Choopped)
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in stock pot, bring to a boil, simmer uncovered for 4 hours.
Remove chicken legs allow to cool. Remove meat off chicken legs and place back into soup. Serve over noodles. If freezing do not freeze with noodles. Make fresh noodles for defrosted soup.
