Ingredients
- 2 bananas, very ripe
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups King Arthur flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspooon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place bananas in food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape the banana into a mixing bowl and combine with the egg and oil.
In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the banana mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in the raisins.
Spoon ~~ 1/3 cup of the batter into each muffin-pan cup.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
To make mini-muffins, spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin-pan cup. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool before popping them out.
