  • 4 strips thick sliced bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 flatbreads (Flatout Artisan Thin Pizza Crust)
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • chopped fresh parsley

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; transfer to paper-towel-lined plate. Heat hot sauce, honey, butter and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium until butter melts and sauce is simmering. Stir in chicken. Back flatbreads on two baking sheets until crisp, 3-4 minutes per side. Combine cheeses. Top flatbreads with half the cheese mixture, then the chicken mixture, bacon, onion and remaining cheese mixture. Bake pizzas until cheese melts and is bubbly, about 5 minutes. Top with parsley and serve.
