Ingredients
- 1 Parmesan Cheese Wedge, crudely grated
- 4 Garlic cloves, halved
- 1 tb Ground Black Pepper
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 2oz. can flat anchovies in oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb grey poupon dijon mustard

Step 1
Place the above ingredients in a blender and mix until blended. Stir with a spoon as necessary for mixing. If too thick, add small amounts of lemon juice to thin.
