CHICKEN MORANGO

Ingredients

• 1 chicken (cut-up) or chicken breasts
• 2 cans of tomatoes
• 1 pkg(dry) lawreys spaghetti sauce mix
• 1/2 C unseasoned bread crumbs (fine_
• 1 3oz can mushroom caps
• 1/2 C white cooking wine (sauterene)
• S & P

Preparation

Step 1

put bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce mix, S & P in lg. bag

place chicken pieces in raw egg
then place in baggie

place chicken inbaking dish
(do not put pieces on top of each other)

cover w/ remaining bread crumbs

quarter tomatoes & place over chicken

pour mushrooms & juice over chicken

pour wine over chicken

bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2hrs
