Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. stuffing mix
• 1 stick butter
• 2 C. hot water
• 3/4 C. minute rice
• 2-3 C. chicken, cooked and chopped
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 C. onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook onion in butter in saucepan. Add water. Bring to boil. Add flavor packet from stuffing mix and rice. Remove from heat. Cover 5 min.

2. Put in stuffing, soup, and chicken.

3. Put in greased casserole. Bake 20-30 min. at 350 degrees.
