Thai Chicken Basil

Ingredients
- 3 T Peanut oil
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 2-7 whole Chile peppers
- 8 oz ground chicken breast
- 1/2 C sliced button mushrooms
- 1 bunch asparagus cleaned and cut into 1 inch sections discard tough white parts
- 1 bunch scallions cleaned and cut into 1 inch sections
- 1 yellow onion cut into 1 inch dice
- 1 1/2 T fish sauce
- 1 T oyster sauce
- 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 T soy sauce
- 1/3 C chicken stock
- 1/2 Cup Basil leaves
- 1 Cup Snow Peas (Optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in wok and add garlic and chile peppers, stir until garlic is golden and add chicken. Continue to stir until chicken is no longer pink.
Reduce heat to medium and add vegetables, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and chicken stock and stir until cooked.
Just before serving add basil and chile paste if you want it hot.
Serve over jasmine rice
