I recently posted about my favorite snack, Roasted Chick peas. Well, I also make another version of them that someone told about a while back that I love and wanted to share, It's Salt & Vinegar Chick peas. These things taste like Salt & Vinegar chips and have a satisfying crunch - once you start eating these you won't be able to stop!

Salt & Vinegar Roasted Chick Peas 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Garbanzo Bean/Chickpeas
  • Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

1) Drain a can of Garbanzo Bean/Chickpeas and put them into a pot
2) Cover with Vinegar and bring it to a boil - Let boil for about 1 minute, then turn off heat and let them sit for 40 minutes
3) Drain the Chickpeas & put them into a roasting dish or baking sheet
4) Toss with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
5) Put in the oven at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes (depending on your oven they may finish quicker) the delicious salt & vinegar taste!

You will probably eat them all at once, but if you don't, just put the leftovers in a ziplock bag and save for later.
