The Cookie Cutter Sugar Cookie

Ingredients

• Beat in:
• 1 cup butter
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• Combine and then add:
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 1/2 cup sifted flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix until ingredients are well blended. Chill dough 3 to 4 hours before rolling. Preheat oven to 350. Roll out and cut.
Bake for about 8 - 10 minutes or until barely colored.
Frost and decorate -- or eat plain.
