Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 cup, sifted powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla or other flavorin

Step 1
In a food processor or electric mixer, beat the butter until very light and smooth, at least 2 min. Add the sugar and beat again until fluffy, at least 2 min. Add the egg white, beating smooth. Add the flavoring to taste. Makes enough to fill and frost one 9 in. layer cake.
