Ingredients
- 4 C cubed cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 1/2 C frozen peas
- 3-4 med carrots, cut into 1/4" slices
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of
- mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 C biscuit/baking mix
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
in a saucepan, combine chicken, broth, peas, carrots, soup, S & P
bring to boil, stirring occassionally
meanwhile,c ombine biscuit mix, milk, garlic powder & celery seed (mixture will be thin).
pour hot chicken mixture into 8 greased ovenproof 10-oz custard cups or casseroles
immediately spoon 1/4 C of biscuit mix. evenly on top of each
sprinkle w/ paprika
bake uncovered @350 for 30-35 min or until golden brown
