Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/3 c sugar
• 3/4 c vegetable oil
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Pepper to taste
• 1 yellow onion
• 1/2 c cider vinegar
• 3 tsp Grey Poupon
• Red wine- to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
Serve over spinach leaves, crumbled bacon, fresh mushrooms, hard boiled eggs.
