- 2 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- POTATOES
- CARROTS
- PEAS
- 1 PCK LIPTON ONION SOUP
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC
- CELERY
Preparation
Step 1
WASH AND PAT DRY THE MEAT
PLACE FLOUR, SALT & PEPPER IN A PLASTIC BAG
SHAKE MEAT IN FLOUR MIXTURE
COAT BOTTOM OF PAN WITH OLIVE OIL & HEAT
BROWN MEAT
MAKE ONION SOUP AND ADD TO MEAT
WAIT UNTIL IT BOILS & TURN HEAT DOWN
ADD CARROTS, CELERY & GARLIC
SIMMER FOR 2 1/2 HRS
ADD POTATOES, PEAS AND COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER
