Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 4 Celery stalks
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 teas Salt
- 1/4 teas Pepper
- 2 Tenderloins (pork)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 6 cups cubed day old Bread - 1/2 " cubes
- 1 tbsp Chicken Broth granules

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the celery , onion and butter. Combine with bread.
Cut port lengthwise, flatten to 1/2 inch. Brown pork on both sides. Spoon on stuffing. Top with 2nd tenderloin and fasten with string.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
