Ingredients
- Loaf:
- 1 # ground beef
- 1/2 # pork or sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. salt
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1/2 T. pepper
- 1 T. parsley flakes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 C. quick oats
- 5 strips bacon
- Glaze:
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 T. ketchup
- 2 T. water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix all loaf ingredients except bacon. Put loaf into pan. Lay bacon on top.
3. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth paste. Brush on top of meatloaf.
4. Bake 1 1/4 hours; brush with glaze again half way through baking.
