Ingredients

2 C. chopped chicken
3/4 C. black olives
1/2 C. Miracle Whip
1/2 C. shredded cheddar
1/4 C. chopped onion
2 egg whites
8 pumpernickel bread slices

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients. Stiffly beat egg whites and fold in. Spread bread with Miracle Whip and then with sandwich mixture. Broil until cheese melts. Stack slices together to serve.
