Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1-2 TBSPs finely crushed garlic cloves
- 1 Tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 Tsp sea salt to taste
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper to taste
- 3/4 Cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor blend all ingredients except olive oil. Gradually add in olive oil.
Store dressing in air tight container and refrigerate. Keep covered in refrigerator will store for 2-3 weeks.
