Ingredients
- 8 hard cooked eggs
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T. butter melted
- 2 T. flour
- 1 can frozen shrimp sauce
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 1/2 C. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 C. buttered soft bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Cut eggs lengthwise, mash yolks. Combine w mayo, curry powder, mustard and salt and fill eggs. Place in 11x7 casserole. Coombine butter, flour, shrimp sauce and milk and cook until bubbly. Cover eggs with sauce, add shredded cheese. Put bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
