Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 40 mussels, scrubbed
- 1 pinch Kosher salt, to taste
- 1 pinch pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saute until golden. add the remaining ingredients, cover the pan and simmer gently until all the mussels have opened, about 7 minutes. Arrange the mussels on a large serving dish or in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them.
Serve immediately.
