Ham's Funeral
My MIL gave me this recipe when we first got married, now 18 years ago (2009)! We still make it, and we usually double it so we can freeze one for another meal. It is filling and complete, just add a salad.
***Freezes beautifully. Just thaw on counter and then bake.
***My recipe for Geaux Dust is perfect on top of this. Give it a try!
