Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 small tin anchovies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced
- 1 −2 healthy dashes Tabasco
- Pinch of white pepper
