Corn Bake

Ingredients

• 1 small onion
• 1 can cream corn
• 1 can drained whole kernel corn
• 1/2 cup oleo
• 3 beaten eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Preparation

Step 1

Saute' onion in oleo. Add corn, muffin mix and onion. Pour into baking dish. Top with sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
