Ingredients
- 3 conch, split and pounded
- 2 Tbls butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 15oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 sm can tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- dash worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbls ketchup
- thyme
- hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, fry vegetables in butter for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and paste with seasonings. Add conch and enough water to ensure sauce covers the conch. Cover and cook over med/low heat 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
