Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 1/2 c flour
• 1 1/2 t baking soda
• 1 1/2 c butter, softened
• 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 pkg (6 serving size) instant pudding
• 1 1/2 t vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 3 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips. Batter will be stiff. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
