Ingredients

  • 4 eggs - separate whites from yolks
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teas Vanilla
  • 3 spoons of Juice from Pineapple
  • 1 cup Cake Flour
  • 2 tbls butter - melted
  • Brown Sugar
  • Pineapple
  • Cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites separately. Set aside.
Beat egg yolks, white sugar, vanilla, pineapple juice, cake flour. Add beaten egg whites.
Spread melted butter in 8 x 12 baking pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar on melted butter and layer pineapple and cherries.
Pour dough over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
