- 4 eggs - separate whites from yolks
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teas Vanilla
- 3 spoons of Juice from Pineapple
- 1 cup Cake Flour
- 2 tbls butter - melted
- Brown Sugar
- Pineapple
- Cherries

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites separately. Set aside.
Beat egg yolks, white sugar, vanilla, pineapple juice, cake flour. Add beaten egg whites.
Spread melted butter in 8 x 12 baking pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar on melted butter and layer pineapple and cherries.
Pour dough over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
