Ingredients
- 6 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 2 sm. shallots, finely minces
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup, extra virgin, olive oil

Step 1
In a sm. bowl, whick together the vinegar, shallots, salt and pepper. Whisking constantly, add the oil in a slow, steady stream and continue to whick until blended. Use at once or store in a tightly covered container in the frig for up to 1 week.
